Window Draft Seal

The process of embedding Window Draft Seal is relatively straightforward. It typically involves pushing the strip into the designated profile groove in the correct orientation after cleaning the corners, ensuring it is fully embedded and the surface remains flat. Moreover, sealing strips effectively fill the gaps between the wooden window, its frame, and the wall, preventing rainwater from seeping through these tiny crevices and entering the interior. This helps maintain a dry and comfortable indoor environment. Additionally, due to their excellent elasticity and sealing properties, these strips ensure a tight closure of the wooden window, minimizing air convection between indoors and outdoors. This enhances indoor insulation, thermal insulation, and effectively blocks the entry of dust and external flying insects.

Weaving

BCF Yarn weave together with PP Yarn. The yarn is specially selected and processed, effectiviely prolonging the service life and resilience performance

 

 

Coating

Make the bottom plate of the woolen strip harder to meet subsequent processing  requirements

 

Slitting

The slitting process divides a large seal strip into several seals of the required size.

 

 

Extrusion

The sturdy polypropylene base combined with the soft TPE fishbone, enables Wood Window Embedded Sealing to fit the door and window gap tightly and not fall of easily. This will guarantee for long-term use
