Windows Sealing Tape

Windows Sealing Tape is an indispensable part of the door and window sealing system, and their correct installation is crucial for enhancing the sound insulation, watertight sealing, dustproofing, and mosquito prevention capabilities of doors and windows. During installation, the installation position of the sealing wool strips should be determined according to the design of the doors and windows, typically within the dedicated grooves of the door and window frame materials or door leaves. The sealing Tape should be pushed into the grooves in the correct direction, ensuring that they are straight and tightly fit into the grooves. During the pushing process, attention should be paid to adjusting the position of the Sealing Tape to ensure that they are tightly fitted with the door and window frame materials or door leaves, leaving no gaps. Additionally, appropriate fixing methods can be used to secure the Sealing Tape within the grooves, ensuring that they can effectively perform their function.

Weaving

BCF Yarn weave together with PP Yarn. The yarn is specially selected and processed, effectiviely prolonging the service life and resilience performance

Coating

Make the bottom plate of the woolen strip harder to meet subsequent processing requirements

Slitting

The slitting process divides a large seal strip into several seals of the required size.

Packing

The finished  strip will be packed by pieces or by rolls
