1. Product Introduction
Our wood window weather strips is designed to used for wood window, window screen. The push-in extruded strip, by using soft fishbone on its backing, can be esaily embedded into the wood frame, and hard to push out.
1). Wood window weather strips use silicone treated BCF yarn, by using woven technics, it can well suport the wood window and screen windows.
2). The extruded backing are designed with two soft TPE fishbone one each side. It increase the friction between the seal and the frame. So the seal will not drop out easily.
3). The pile and backing is assembled by ultrasonic welding, it is hard to break
4). Extruded backing is strong, and durable and soft.
5). We sale by meter, and min order quantity need more than two thousand meters
6). Promotion design: Add pvc fin into the pile, offer strong energy saving function.
7). How to use the strips: cut the strip into suitable size, then embedded into the groove on the wood frame
