Details of Exterior Door Seals and Window Seals

1. Material: 100% polypropylene for fleece and backing.

2. Stamp size: width 6.8mm, bristle height can be customized, optional.

3. Quality: We use extruded PP backing, which is produced with a strict deviation accuracy of 0.02mm, making the seals the fastest and easiest to insert into the profiles.

4. Features: high resilience, waterproof, windproof, sound insulation, dustproof, insect proof, anti-collision, etc.

5. Process: The backing is extruded and assembled with the bristles by an ultrasonic welding machine. Prevent the pile support from pulling down.

6. TIP: We can add extra pvc fins or soft non-woven fins on the pile to make the seal the quietest.

 7. Application: Suitable for all kinds of outdoor doors and windows.
