Description
The first two seals are self-adhesive. They have no PP support, so they are softer and more flexible, and they can be taped to any surface for sealing, shock resistance, and noise-proof. The latter two seals include PP support, which are more supportive and are suitable for use in slot inserts for doors and windows.

The PE film can be fireproof and anti-UV treated, according to customer's market request. Besides, the installation method is straightforward. For self-adhesive foam seals, make sure that the surface is clean and dry before installation. Remove any dust or debris that may prevent the strip from sticking correctly. To install, simply peel the backing from the strip and apply it to the surface. Press firmly to ensure a tight seal. For other foam seals, make sure the groove on the wooden door or other profiles is clean and smooth. Next, hold the foam seal and align it precisely with the groove's opening. Gently and steadily push the seal into the groove, ensuring it fits evenly and snugly throughout its length. Once inserted, the seal acts as an effective barrier, keeping out drafts and noise, and enhancing the door's insulation. Injecting And Foaming
The PE film and PP support are injected with materials A and B to make them foaming, and with the end of the foaming, the foam seal is made.
Packing
The molded foam seal will be packed by pieces or by rolls according to the customer's request
