NBR butylcyanogen rubber seal strips are suitable for use in petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicon oil and other media. It is the most widely used and the lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitrocellulose, MEK and chloroform. General use temperature range for - 40 ~ 120 ℃.
HNBR cyanogen hydride rubber seal strip: it has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-tear and anti-compression deformation properties, good resistance to ozone, sunlight and weather. It has better wear resistance than butylcyanogen rubber. It is suitable for washing machinery, automobile engine system and refrigeration system using new environment-friendly refrigerant R134a. It is not recommended to use in alcohols, esters or aromas. General use temperature range for - 40 ~ 150 ℃.
SIL silicone rubber seal strip: with excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance. Good insulation performance. But the tensile strength is worse than the general rubber and has no oil resistance. Suitable for household appliances such as electric water heater, electric iron, microwave oven, etc. It is also applicable to all kinds of products that have contact with human body, such as water bottles, water dispensers and so on. Use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide is not recommended. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 250 ℃.
VITON fluorine rubber seal strip: high temperature resistance is better than silicon rubber, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, but poor cold resistance. Resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and plant oils. Suitable for sealing requirements of diesel engine, fuel system and chemical plant. Use of ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrogen-containing compounds is not recommended. General use temperature range is - 20 ~ 250 ℃.
FLS fluorosilicone rubber seal strip: it has the advantages of both fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, and has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Resistant to corrosion by oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic solvents, and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes. Exposure to ketones and brake oils is not recommended. General use temperature range is - 50 ~ 200 ℃.
EPDM ternary EPDM rubber seal strip: it has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used for alcohols and ketones, and also for sealing water vapor at high temperature. Suitable for sanitary ware equipment, car radiator and car brake system. Not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oils. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 150 ℃.
CR neoprene sealing strip: good resistance to sunlight and weather. It is not afraid of dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia and other refrigerants. It is a kind of lubricating oil resistant to dilute acid and silicone grease, but it expands greatly in mineral oil with low aniline point. Easy crystallization and hardening at low temperature. Suitable for all kinds of contact atmosphere, sunlight, ozone environment and various types of fire and chemical corrosion resistant sealing links. It is not recommended to be used in strong acids, nitrocellulose, esters, chloroform and ketones. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 120 ℃.
